I purchased a TV online from Makro on the 26th November 2023.I went to the shop to check if they got n i was informed they don't have stock in Western Cape they will place an order outside Western Cape.I received an SMS on the 05th December 2023 that TV is ready for pick up.

Makro: Part of your order is ready for pickup at Ottery. Pickup now or wait for your full order. Provide Order: MAK5602... *** Upon my arrival at the store on Friday 08th December 2023 i m told the TV will be couriered by courier service to me.

Every day i follow up with their customer service they are escalating the matter reference number ***
