Worst online service I've ever experienced

Again if I could rate their online service a zero I would, it's absolutely ridiculous and never intend to order from them again.

I'm awaiting a refund, it's been well over due, the original supplier recieved my package and I'm once again left in the dark with communication. I've said it before, I'll say it again do better!
