worst online service experience

I have Experienced worst service from Makro, from delivering my products and to not getting my refund. My refund invoice was issued on the 9th April even today on the 13th may I'm still waiting for my refund. I even sent them my bank statement as proof that I have not received my money but they keep giving me a run around. Makro why is it difficult to refund your customers?
