Worst online service ever from Makro

I ordered online on the 26 November 2022. Up to now and the date now is 16 December 2022 an I have not received my order though they say they deliver between 2 to 5 days. Their call center is useless when you call them and there is no response on emails. Never again will I use this service from Makro. Worst online experience ever. It seems as if bow I have just lost my money.
