Worst online service ever

I ordered a laptop online and made payment on the 21st of October 2023. They said it would be delivered between 2-5 working days. On day 4 I contacted them as the order status was still stuck on "order packed" and I was told the standard SLA is 2 - 5 working days and I informed them I needed to catch a flight and needed the laptop to work while I was away. The email response was rude and I was told the order would be delivered no later than day 5. It's Day 5 today I rescheduled my flight just so I could get the laptop and still nothing was delivered. I phoned them and was told they'll check and get back to me and I am still waiting. This is the worst experience ever and I will definitely tell anyone willing to listen not to buy anything online from Makro as they do not live up to their words and nobody is willing to help when you phone them.
