Worst online service ever!

Purchased groceries online with makro woodmead and my order was split. I was given a date for the delivery of the split order however, that date has since lapsed. I’ve been calling everyday for the past week to find out what’s happening with my items and no one has been able to be assist me!!!

The problem is probably that makro woodmead store that’s so chaotic! They can’t get anything right ever and treat the store like a family affair even when you’re there in person.

I need my refund makro because it seems like my items will never be delivered.

Do yourself a favour if you wanna purchase groceries and go to checkers or woolies!!!!
