Worst online service ever

I bought items bought items on the 26August 2021 in the morning. Tuesday the 31 August, I checked nothing has been done meaning the order has not even processed by the store. I called the call centre to cancel the order and was advised that I would get my money back in 10 days time. On the 1st September 2021, I get a call from the store that my order is ready for collection. An email was sent to ReJoice to escalate my refund she read it as escalate my order. Therefore it’s the 3rd September 2021, my order is still not cancelled and which means the turnaround time for getting my money back will be even longer. You are the worst online service to use all the online retailers are quick and they process orders immediately. I wrote a complaint on Twitter, I was asked for my order number and no response. I must say the experience is shocking for day. Please assist me with getting my money back as this is the most frustrating experience by far and would not want to even deal with you ever again.
