WORST ONLINE SERVICE EVER

I have rated Makro online as 1 as there is no lower rating.

I ordered a washing machine from Makro at the end of November. They promise delivery between 7 and 10 days. After 21 days I had still not received my washing machine. I called customer services every day for 10 days and was told every day by customer service that my order would be escalated and someone would call me. Well no one ever called me and I never received my order.

Eventually I cancelled my order and ordered though Game, delivered in 3 days.

Now of course I am waiting for my refund which was promised within 7 days. This did not happen. I called again, was told this would be escallated and someone would call me. Guess what, no one called. I called again this morning and the customer service guy gave me another number to call, the number was invalid. Now I am holding on for customer services again.

Ladies and Gents, to cut out irritation and agravation NEVER ORDER FROM MAKRO ONLINE. They are useless.
