Worst online service ever

I have ordered a 4 piece terrace set online from makro, first they dont deliver when they say they will and then when they do they only deliver 1 of the 4 pieces. They are quick to take your money but if you cancel your order due to their pathetic service they have a lot of stories. This is the worst service ever.
