Worst Online Service Ever

Honestly the worst online service ever. I queried about my order on the 16th of January asking why its taking so long for my package to be delivered.. they rep**** and said its booked for the 29th of January, I waited and nothing came, On the 30th of January I asked where my package is as it was never delivered, they said its at the courier, I tracked my order on the courier and it said it was delivered on the 15th of January, I never received anything and i never signed for anything. I sent it to them explaining everything and i asked how can this be resolved, they ignored me, I then received an email stating that my order was collected and delivered not even a minute apart(9pm). I sent a screenshot to them and explained again that this is not correct as i didn't receive anything, I am still being ignored till today. I would not recommend you using their online service ever
