Worst Online Service

A company that doesn't respond to emails.. horrible online service. A return for a defective item (well damaged and sold to another buyer, if you really wanna scrutinize), was logged on the 25th March, collected by courier the next day... and till now I CANNOT GET SOMEONE TO GIVE ME FEEDBACK AS TO WHERE I AM TO EXPECT MY ITEM. Call centre's are useless and goodluck if they answer, and emails are ignored. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT BUY ONLINE, pay a few bucks more and get it elsewhere. Even left reviews on the website for the product, hoping someone will get back to me
