Worst Online Service by MAKRO ONLINE

I placed an order on the 14th of December 2024, only part of my order was delivered, when I enquired I was told that I will receive an email that my items won't be delivered due to low or no stock. After two weeks of not receiving a refund I called Makro head office today and I was told that the refund was paid on the 18th December 2024, I have triple checked my account and no Refund was given to me to date. I sent an email to that effect with reference number but no response PAY ME MY REFUND!
