Worst Online service and **** delivery promises
Absolute pathetic services from Makro. bought a TV online (Wed 27th) and on Friday they called to say that they will deliver on Saturday (30th). It was not delivered nor did they communicate with me that they were no longer delivering that day.
On Tuesday (2nd Dec) they call me again to arrange for delivery the next day. Today (Wednesday) they call me to say that the TV will no longer be delivered and that they will have to reschedule for the 3RD TIME!!!
THIS IS MADNESS and what a disappointment. Never Again will i buy from Makro, TAKEALOT and other online stores are never as *********** as Makro. I have bought the same TV from Takealot! Makro and its poor/no communication and **** delivery commitments!

I was called by Ashleigh (Makro hellopeter services) yesterday 4 Dec, in the morning to arrange for delivery the same day (4th Dec). For the 3rd time and guaranteed promises, nothing was delivered. i am so disappointed because it is just such an inconvenience for me all the damn time that I have to chase after them when they make promises they cant keep up with.
It is absolutely pathetic and poor of such a giant like you to not be able to deliver on promises. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKNG!!!!
