Worst online service

If I could give them zero I would. Ordered items for Christmas 4h December and one item was going to be delivered 3rd of January. Tried calling them to cancel but phone not answered. I let it go saying I will get it on the 3rd. Not it is the 7th of January and I haven’t received my order.

I also received a call from makro the lady said they will deliver the new fresh samosas as they previously delivered rotten broken ones. Till today I am waiting. When you call they don’t know what is happening.
