WORST ONLINE SERVICE

I've ordered and paid for a Samsung a13 on the 26th of August and my order status has been "Packed" since the 27th. It hasn't been picked up by the courier since then and today is the 5th day. Obviously you not going to deliver it anytime soon. If you can't deliver my cellphone, cancel my order and refuned my money because i need a phone ASAP and I'm tired of your automated email responses.
