Worst online service

I bought a chest freezer on the 3rd /12/2024. & expected delivery was the 6th,but was informed that its out of stock will be delivered once they have stock. On the 13th received an sms stating that my order is out for delivery but never received the item tried calling the the delivery guy but he did not pick up the phone.The next day got an sms that delivery failed because apparently “ i was unavailable “ . On the 17th i called the customer centre and head office of which they take forever to answer calls,and put you on hold for over 10-20mins only for them to hang up on you while still talking.Spoke to consultant and i clearly stated that i want the fridge delivered yesterday failure to do so i need my refund back,she promised to escalate the matter and get back to me within two hours ,waited for the feedback till my hsir turned grey because never got the call from her. Then i called again today only today at 10:13 that they escalate my complain. Well still waiting for my refund.Definitely will not recommend makro online to anyone, because wow their service is pathetic ,including their lying drivers.
