WORST ONLINE SERVICE

The worst company I had to deal with coming to online order. Since I made a purchase online on the 30th of October 2025 to date I have received my product. Called to cancel the order since they failed to deliver, till today my refund hasn’t been processed. Am being taken from pillar to post, one agent to the other with no clear answer as to what’s the hold up on my refund.
