WORST ONLINE SERVICE!!!!

Worst online order I have ever placed in my life and I do a lot of online shopping mind you.

I ordered a coffee table online 3 Dec, ETA was 9 Dec. Today is 17 Dec and my order is still sitting on “order packed” since 5 Dec.

I called twice last week enquiring about what’s going on. The 1st lady said there’s nothing she can or say but to escalate the matter. I called in the second time which was a day or 2 later. The Second Lady explained that there’s a backlog and that we should give it till Friday to see if the courier will pick it up. I can’t even cancel my order anymore because it is on process.

I tried calling again this morning, which is the Tuesday after the Friday I was told to wait for and no answer, I held for 10 minutes straight, twice, still no answer. Let me not even get started on my emails, not a single one got rep**** to and I have been sending since last week.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON MAKRO ONLINE !!! Rather go in store.
