worst online retailer

This may be the worst company to buy online from .. couldn't log an online return .. call centre doesn't work and has the standard " we have high call volumes " message .. online chat took more than an hour to connect and two weeks later they tell me to take it into the store .. i bought it online I expect a online return massmart !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HI Makro , Thanks for your prompt reply. It has been 8 days after your lovely hellopeter response and it hasn't been resolved yet. We gave up on your help, and took the faulty item to the closest store, only to be told that it was a Makro online purchase AND IT COULDNT BE RETURNED TO THE STORE. They gave us an email to contact the manufacturer !!!!! ( I bought it from Makro not from the manufacturer) Does this even get seen by anyone other than script reply bots ? PS The return was logged with you on the 6th of Jan.

Another lie .. conflicting information from your call centre ( this mornign) and yourself .. Someone should take you, and massmart on as far as CPA goes.
