Bought a product online which was in stock, 2 May 2020. Selected the collect myself option. It is now the 6th of May. Zero movement, zero collection confirmation. Phone them? They say - rather get onto there Whatsapp bot line... Hahaha much good that does, it simply goes back to their Call Centre number where you must hold on until you perish. Their email process with feedback is simply unacceptable. While I can understand the added pressures of Covid-19 and the long delays expected if products are NOT in stock. It would have been simpler and faster just to go into the store and buy the products off the shelf instead. Online shopping is supposed to be convenient! Not the other way around. Thank you Makro, you make it easy for me NEVER to support you again.
