Worst Online Purchase Experience!

The worst online shopping experience I have ever had! Placed an order on the Website on Tuesday, 26 August 2025 at 08:26am. Order was scheduled for delivery on Thursday, 04 September as of Friday 05 September 2025 the order status is still on "Order Placed" I started following up on the order on Wednesday 03 September every time being told they will look into it and get back to me via email or phone call to no avail. I have now cancelled the order & have to wait 7 - 14 days for the refund while having to go purchase the product from another store.
