worst online purchase ever

worst online experience I've ever encountered!!!in beginning of march2020 i ordered two(2) complete solar waterpump kits. This includes the pumps, fuses and solar panels.4 days later i received only the two pumps. repeated mails and phone calls and arguments eventually got me to where one solar panel only was delivered two months later and on opening it the back insulating boxes hinge is broken and was sent back!!
