WORST ONLINE PURCHASE DELIVERY SERVICE

I see I am 1 of many to have to resort to this kind of complaint as our late deliveries are not sorted out. Ordered and pay R10 000 for a fridge which I am still waiting for. Delivery was arranged for last weekend, they never pitched. We waited the whole day. Then arrangement was made for today. Nothing. Again, someone has to wait around for the couriers. Call centre cant help. All they do is phone the Milnerton/Montague Gardens branch but the call is not picked up. So what now??? Do I have to go to the branch and go queue to get my fridge??? I try to avoid the branches - hence we buy online. Takealot is way way way better than you, Delivery within 2 days!!! I will never use your shop again. Done with makro for good. PS: Why do you think I bought a fridge?? Maybe because I NEED it
