Worst online ordering system

Possibly the worst online ordering system ever i wish there was an option for zero stars. My husband ordered online on the 27th of February and till today there has been no delivery. We called twice to follow up and all they can tell us is they will escalate the issue. How does it take a company 2 weeks to deliver a product that clearly shows " in stock" . To adf further insult, the call centre says the order was dispatched on the 6th of March but somehow no one seems to have an answer which courier they dispatched it with or where the order is.
