Worst Online order experience ever at Makro - product still not delivered

We ordered a gazebo online on 15 October 2025, paid for delivery and it has still not been delivered 3 weeks later. Makro told us that there is nothing they can do as this is with the third-party supplier and courier company, we were responsible for phoning the courier and with daily follow ups our order is no longer with the courier and Makro has taken no responsibility. We still don't know where our order is. I would advise anyone to never order online; you will not get your product ordered or any form of service from Makro. Avoid!!
