Worst online experience, Makro takes your money and don't return it if goods was out of stock.

I have bought washing powder from Makro online it was on a good special, however after paying for the goods, I was informed that my order has to be refunded due to "out of stock", I was told that my refund will be done before the 12th of September 2025, and it was never received, I contacted them yet I was send a email I was refunded and there proofand that they tried to contact me, what bull... is this...... I attached my bank statement and said I did not receive my refund, if I did not remember to check the funds will be gone, you as the customer need to follow up and make sure that you get your refund back. I will definitely never buy online again from Makro. Makro I want my money back!!!!
