The worst online shopping experience of my life. Useless

I ordered for store collection, they moved my store to the other side of the world due to no stock. Only to be out of stock there also and now after days of struggling they want to refund me

I should have ordered from Takealot Dr the get go and paid slightly more. After countless chats and phone calls and empty promises, I still have no idea what is going on
