Worst online experience ever

Made on online purchase 3 weeks ago, part of my order was received last week, part of my order has not been send out for delivery and the other part of my order was returned to Makro Woodmead 2 weeks ago because "they could not find my address. after a lot of calls and emails from my end, I have decided to go and collect the unit that was returned to Woodmead because none of the people I spoke to are useful.
