Worst online experience ever

I wish I was writing a better review on the service received from Makro online. When my partner and I got the news that we were approved for our new home, can you imagine our excitement? We were also so happy that some of our goods could be purchased from one store and at our convenience. However this was not the case with makro, after selecting our items, paying for them and having ( the site allowing us to purchase stock that was not available ) they promised a 5 day turn around time. They did not inform us of a split order, after more than 7 calls to the contact center, and explaining to them that we work and cannot leave office to accept delivery they promised delivery on a set date on that set date only one of our items was delivered and on that day we were called to advised that one of the items we ordered is out of stock and that's why our order could not be released. Needless to say the frustration ran high, after two managers and more calls and having to rearrange our lives according to makro's scheduled was our items delivered. Makro one of the most sort after and well known stores who offer so many good deals and literally everything under one roof never did I think we would have gone through the stress we did. Online offers convenience and I think Makro needs to review the process because the only thing offered was stress and frustration.
