Worst online experience ever

I bought a gas stove 24/10/2022 on an online only deal, after purchasing I noticed they used my old numberwtha is no longer in use(despite the fact that I have updated my new number years ago), I notified them and they said they have forwarded the correct number to their courier. Delivery was to take place in 7days and my stove still hasn’t been delivered, first excuse was that the supplier said they delivered and this excuse wend on a while, now the new excuse is that the courier says they are unable to get hold of me when they call yet when Makro calls they are able to get back to me. Everytime it’s a promise of delivery will take place tomorrow but that hasn’t happened to date 4weeks since my purchase.
