Worst online experience

Makro are ****s with their online specials. I placed an order for 5kg omo hand wash, with special ending 18 Feb, I have a picture. Few hours later I get an that my item is out of stock. However when I want back online to check if indeed it was out of stock,guess what, the product was still there but at a much higher price now. Why are you advertising something only to lie and not fulfill your customers orders. To make matters worse have to wait for 10 days for a refund.
