Worst online experience!

Never, never again will I place an online order! We ordered a drone on the 3rd Dec, then it got cancelled due to no stock. On the 7th we placed another order, delivery for the 15th. It just showed processing order. Today on the 18th order got cancelled. Supplier is struggling to get stock, while it showed stock available when we placed the order. This is a christmas gift, so we had to go now and look for another one, from another place, and hoping it will be in time This is beyond pathetic! The worst service ever! And all we get is sorry for the delay and inconvenience. So a word of advice to Makro, do not state there is stock when there is not, and do not make delivery promises when you can’t keep to it
