Worst online experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Makro delivery system is such a ****. I tried cancelling my order, and instead of cancelling the order the system still sent me delivery information I tried calling your call centre several times throughout the day to query my cancellation, your call centre is utterly useless. Why have one, if your agents just put the phone on mute when a client calls. The same with the "online support email" it doesn't exist. Soo you can email them but the email address doesn't even exist.

Please cancel my order and refund my money. Worst service ever.
