Worst online delivery service.

Makro online is not one of the worst delivery stores but rather the worst online delivery service. In an era of Takealot and Temu, Makro is 20 years behind.

After placing an order on the 27th of October, numerous calls, emails and complaints, I received half of my order. The other half is coming from a nother store and has conveniently decided to state delivery failure a courier would call you. Not knowing that one part was delivered. I have not received one call from the courier nor have they made any attempt to deliver. I requested confirmation from Makro this evening to advise what store my paid products are. I will make the journey and collect myself.

I will tell everyone I know of the service received. I will tell everyone I know to save themselves the battle and purchase from takealot. The delayed part was for a birthday on the 5th of November. Absolutely not worth using Makro.
