Worst Online Customer service

I recently bought items online end of August, the order was delivered on the 2 September 2024 but the order was not completed. Even today on the 19 September 2024 still nothing. I called them to make some follow the said they will refu6me on the outstanding item but no refund has been processed. This very bad customer service. No communication and Its very disappointing. 😡
