WORST Online and in-store experience EVER. Don't buy from Makro!

Worst online experience Ever! Never again! First you said it would be delivered in 1 week. Never heard a word from you or any fomma. After the said date I phoned and spoke to a guy who could hardly speak English. Said he would look into it. Then he closed my query ticket. I called back and asked why did he resolve my query as it is NOT resolved. He then re-opened it and said he will let me know what it going on. Not a word for a whole week. No email. No sms. No whatsapp and Nothing on the app. It was over R4000's worth of goods and to me that is A Lot! of money! Now I suddenly got a refund saying I requested a refund. Never did such a thing as I still need the goods ordered. Phoned. No e, the distributor is out of stock. Sorry.

You're waisting my time! Your stores, especially the one close to Cape Gate has NO customer services and keeps on checking me and looking at me as if I am a ********... why do you have to unpack everything at the door for everything I just paid for to prove that I just paid for everything. Who the hell do you think tou are? I have had it with you lot! Never ever again!
