Worst online
<p>I bought an item online. It was delivered on time, but the item was not as expected from the online description. I have have gone to their Silver Lakes store to try and return it whereby I was told someone would contact me to return it. No one has yet. I have tried twice to get a response from their online contact us method. And still no reply from Makro. This is the worst online experience I have ever had. And I will never purchase anything online from Makro and I am very regular online purchaser.</p>
