WORST OF WORST SERVICE

I bought an item online try to return it for a month now with no LUCK. NO SERVICE at all. they just don't bother to help or phone or try tp sort it out. they have put me on hold for an hour at a time. WORST WORST SERVICE will never suggest them to anyone every or use there service or product
