Worst Makro online shopping experience.

I ordered and paid for goods online which was supposed to be supp**** by the Germiston branch. Days later I haven't heard from Makro, although my goods were supposed to be delivered. When following up, nobody is able to assist me and just inform me that they don't know what is happening with my order. I still don't have any idea as to when I will receive my order. Worst online shopping experience ever. Everyone I dealt with is *********** and ******** about their own work environment.
