Worst Makro experience

Worst experience with a Makro store I ever had. Brought a cordless grinder from Makro Port Elizabeth on the 24th of September and when opening it for the first time on the 31st of October it was broken already I immediately requested a refund. Received an email on the 25th of November that my refund was successful and haven't received my money back.
