Worst experience online with Makro twice

I have only ordered online from Makro twice and both experiences were the worst. First time I received an incorrect order, did a return and still received an incorrect order AGAIN. Ended up going for a refund.

Second time around delivery address is at home. At 19:40 I receive an email and SMS that order is delivered and yet I don't have it. I go onto my orders online or it says order delivered.

I am tired of doing follow ups with Makro. Very disappointed, I will never order nor buy from them. Such a big retail company and disappointing service
