WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. ***********! *************!

Worst experience ever!! Very *********** people I will never use their online services again. I ordered a washing machine and it’s been over a month now and I still haven’t received anything. No one even had the decency to let me know about the status or to apologize for the inconvenience. When you phone the help centre no one answers. And when someone does eventually answer the phone .. they can’t help you. They even **** to me saying the washing machine is with dawnwing but I contacted dawnwing and they said they don’t have my machine. This online service is *******! And the consultants are ***********! I am disgusted by makro’s customer services as I am a loyal customer of Makro. I am a regular customer and this service is unacceptable.
