04 Jun 2024, 14:52I have placed an order online the 25th of May, order and payment was confirmed. Delivery date was 2 to 5 working days. Item was in stock.
Phoned 5 times just to hear that order was confirmed and they will come back to me. Its been now 10 days and still waiting. No one can tell me when I will receive my order, what is the delay and how come I haven't received it yet. Everytime I phone its the same story. They will come back ro me. I cant wait so long.

06 Jun 2024, 13:01Still no feedback and still my order is standing on confirmed! This is really absurd. Worst decision ever made. I never trust online ordering and I though a well known company like Makro will never disappoint. But looks like I was wrong. I can start making peace with the fact that I will never resolve this issue, and will never get the order.
