Worst Experiance of my life with MAKRO!

2 weeks waiting for a order.

First there payment portal did not work, but took the money from my credit card, then took them 5 days to sort this out. then i get told i will get delivery today in the morning. I have been at home the hole day, cannot go anywhere

Then i manage to get the drivers number and told over the phone by the driver that I will deliver when I want to and cannot give you a time.

This is from WumDrop. On there web site states the following:

Priority: Priority corresponds to on-demand or instant delivery. We’ll pick up your parcel in the 30-minute time slot you give us, and we’ll deliver it within 120 minutes after pick-up. Standard: Standard corresponds to same-day delivery. We’ll pick up your parcel in the morning, and we’ll deliver it before 17:00 on the same day.

Our average delivery time is 39 minutes.

Worst experience of my life ordering from Makro I would not recommend this at all

Rather pay the extra money and order from TakeAlot, they at least keep there promises.

Spent over R500 phoning makro and then you wait like 30min just to speak to someone and then another 30 min while they try find out what is happening
