Worst ever service

This is the 1st and last time I will ever buy anything from Makro.Even the Post Office service is better. Ordered a display freezer online on the 6th Nov and today is the 8thDec and the lies continue.I dont know who is worse , the store or customer service.The only reply I get is that I will be phoned back which needless to say never happens.Now 5 weeks later they try to blame it on the courier service yet Makro cant supply me with a waybill nr which tells me they still lying.It looks like I will have to drive the 300km to go and smash their windows to get their attention.How the hell do they run a business with *********** useless people like this? Please if anybody reads this DO NOT buy from this useless bunch. My next step will be to publish this on open Facebook with all the other reviews.I cannot even rate them a 1, ( -10 ) would be a better reflection.
