Worst ever online Experience/No delivery

I wouldnt advice anyone to ever use Makro online shopping. Their black friday came on too early I ordered some goods on wednesday to beat the black friday rush, firstly it was so difficult to checkout, tried paying money just went out my account, i didnt receive any confirmation or order number, the worse part is the goods were still on my trolley after a day thats when i received an email. Two days later the status says order is ready for delivery, 3 days after it says order complete , the confusing part is how can it says order complete where else i havent received my order. Ive been trying to call them no answers, inboxed them on facebook no answer, on twitter no answer. Honestly i regret ever shopping online, i would say i want my refund ill go to the other shops but its already too late black friday is over
