Worst ever online Experience/Incomplete Order

Am writing this complaint for the second time. I would advice anyone that i come across NEVER EVER use Makro Online shopping, they finally delivered my order after so many complaints but my order was incomplete, i ordered a DSTV EXPLORA 2 with installlation it was coming with a wifii conector, the deal was advetised in their catalogue and even on TV that if you buy a dstv explora 2 with installation youll get a wiffii connector. I didnt get my wifii connector ive been trying to call their linew are always congested, in their twitter page they dont respond, facebook they dont respond. I am thinking of even returning the goods, because seriously this kind of people (Makro people) they dont deserve my money.

I regret ever taking my time and shopping at Makro Online. If its possible i would like to get a refund, i will happily return the goods.
