Worst ecommerce service ever!

DO NOT MAKE ANY ONLINE ORDERS WITH MAKRO. Bought groceries online on 26 Nov taking advantahe of Black Friday specials, the order is still not here. I have called everyday and noone can help me. Poor poor service. Makro, do not attempt e-commerce if its you're incapable of the basic fundamentals.
