Worst delivery timelines

Their delivery team are the worst this side of the country, deliveries are late and the drivers are rude, the last time the driver wanted me to come to the gate to fetch the delivery in an estate where I am very far from the gate. I ordered and this will be the last time again and this time the order is late and was assured they will deliver it before Thursday when I asked, it is Thursday and it has not even been shipped.Order OD***. How this co is surviving with business beats me, because customer service is non existent. I am going back to takealot.
