Worst Delivery service ever

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', sans-serif; color: #555555; background-color: white; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;">Ordered from the new macro in benoni , it took almost a week to deliver &nbsp;when i was told 2 days and they when &nbsp;&nbsp;delivered, &nbsp;half the stuff was incomplete and faulty. I signed on the invoice that its incomplete and they said that they will come back the next day to deliver the remaining parts. 3 days and I never received anything. I try calling which takes so long to get through to them and when i do knowone knows who should deal with it. When finally speaking to someone who can maybe help I get promised that in the next day they will change the stuff. i am now 3 weeks down the line and still have not recieved the remaining stuff or exchanged the faulty stuff, this is after calling constantly and trying to find someone to help.&nbsp; I finally got someone who could help but still no luck . &nbsp;They keep saying its barloworld who does the delivery.. Today i was told that there is a backlog and can only come by saturday or otherwise would i mind coming to fetch it as its ready. If i could fetch it i would have long ago but its heavy and big stuff. Big warning to all out there don&rsquo;t ask for delivery as you will get know where except frustration after frustration. Save yourself the bother and don&rsquo;t shop there .&nbsp;</span></p>
